June is Pride month, where we take time to celebrate, uplift, and support the LGBTQ+ community.

We can reflect on the progress that’s been made, while acknowledging that there’s much we all must do to eradicate bigotry completely, and achieve true equality.

Equality and inclusion are at the heart of our People proposition, and fundamental to our business operations.

We embrace the richness that diversity brings our organisation.

It’s why we’ve made a commitment to support organisations, enact policies, and foster a working environment that promotes the equal treatment of all – including those in the LGBTQ+ community.

We support tolerance and education, and oppose discrimination in any form. We’re committed to this all-year round so our colleagues always feel safe and respected.
