Saltgate achieves DIFERA accreditation

We are delighted to share that Saltgate is now DIFERA accredited.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the heart of our organisation. Equal treatment no matter someone’s race, gender, or identity is a non-negotiable.

We partnered with equality charity Liberate to achieve the DIFERA accreditation to certify us as an organisation that prioritises Diversity, Inclusion, Fairness, Equality, Respect and Acceptance.

To kick off our DIFERA journey, Liberate hosted an audit to understand the diversity of our workforce, and how people feel about diversity and inclusion matters.

We then selected our diversity champions, who took part in training hosted by Liberate CEO Vic Tanner Davy.

They learnt what diversity looks like; the context, history, and landscape; and why it’s integral that every organisation puts diversity at the forefront of their operations.

We’re proud to have achieved the DIFERA accreditation that recognises our commitment to equality.

The range of nationalities, races, backgrounds, and identities among our team makes us stronger. We embrace the richness diversity brings our organisation.

With this new accreditation, we’re excited to work with Liberate and our champions to drive our diversity and inclusion strategy forward, and continue being the positive change we want to see.
