CEO Update: Return to Office

This week, over 100 employees have returned to our Jersey office, enjoying being reunited with colleagues and friends.

We have been fortunate that our robust IT infrastructure has allowed us to bring our people back to the office gradually in line with our people first strategy, taking into consideration the individual circumstances of all of our employees. We do still have a number of colleagues in Jersey, Luxembourg and in London who are as yet unable to return to our offices and we remain confident that our teams will continue to demonstrate their commitment to working successfully together whilst separated.

As I look back on the last six months, I could not be more proud of the entire Saltgate family.  Each and every member of our team has demonstrated our Saltgate values of engagement, partnership, integrity and commitment every single day.  Daily life during the Covid-19 pandemic has taught us all many valuable lessons and I have been incredibly impressed by the grit and resilience that has been demonstrated by our teams across all three of our jurisdictions.

As we look ahead to the future it is important that we continue to rethink how we can and should operate.  I cannot say what the next six months will bring, but I can say with certainty that Saltgate is ready to embrace changes in how we operate and that we remain unwaveringly committed to providing an exceptional level of service to our clients.
