International Women's Day: a conversation with Saltgate's senior women

For International Women’s Day 2021, we gathered some of the most senior women at Saltgate for a virtual discussion about women and equality.

Hannah Culshaw, Ali French, Alex Anthony, Kate Rogers, Lizette Morales, Syrine Meziou and Michala Wright came together to share what the day means to them, their personal experiences and struggles with gender inequality, and to celebrate the women who fight stereotypes and break boundaries every day.

The discussion was open, honest, and inspirational. We believe conversations like this are integral to continuing the progress and work we all must do to achieve a fairer, more equal society.
