Returning to our Jersey office - a thank you from our CEO Simon Riley

‘I’m delighted to welcome back most of our Jersey colleagues to the office.

Our teams have worked hard to make our return to the Jersey office as safe and comfortable as possible, so I want to thank them for their commitment.

As always, the health and wellbeing of our teams is our priority. We're following local government guidelines, and have introduced measures to make sure we have a careful return to the office. These include distanced work stations, office deep cleans and hand-sanitising points. We’re closely monitoring our measures and we’re ready to adapt if the situation changes.

I also want to thank everyone at Saltgate for upholding our core values – engagement, partnership, integrity and commitment – which have shone through during this time. We’ve helped each other in difficult situations, and shown incredible client commitment and pragmatism. As a small token, we’ve partnered with local coffee shop Cargo so our team can enjoy some welcome back drinks on us.

The pandemic has highlighted how integral community spirit and local support are to our lives – colleagues, families, and communities all over the world have come together to support each other. Now, more than ever, let’s keep that spirit alive.’
