Transitioning Through Covid-19

Now, as we plan to welcome colleagues across our locations back into our offices, it is the safety and mental wellbeing of our people that is driving our strategy.

We have been very fortunate that as a business we have been able to partner with our clients and offer uninterrupted service delivery throughout this period. Our robust IT infrastructure has meant that we do not need to rush the return to office process unnecessarily. We are committed to engaging with our staff to provide a return to office strategy that our people are comfortable with.

The commitment and integrity that our teams have demonstrated throughout this period of time gives me great pride. While we are still some way from the time when we can all come together again, it is with great pleasure that myself and the leadership team start to welcome our colleagues back safely into our offices from Monday.”
