Jersey Beach Clean September 2019
During the summer, our Jersey social committee organised for some of our colleagues to take part in an OCL beach clean.
The Saltgate team met OCL and Little Feet, an OCL guardian, at St Brelade's Bay, where they were given all the protective equipment to carry out the beach clean safely. Armed with buckets, gloves and a briefing about marine debris and the effect it’s having on our amazing coastline, our dedicated employees collectively amassed 35kg of plastic and waste from our beautiful shoreline.
