International Women's Day 2022 at Saltgate

On International Women’s Day 2022, we heard from some of Saltgate’s senior women in a Q&A session, presented by our Diversity and Inclusion Network.

Our team engaged with the women in our C-suite – Chief People Officer Ali French, Chief Corporate Officer Hannah Culshaw, Chief Commercial Officer Alex Anthony, and Chief Innovation Officer Nadja Borges – to find out more about their experiences with feminism, gender equality, and bias throughout their careers.

With a focus on not shying away from the realities of gender inequality, the conversation was open, honest, and raw, and touched on personal experiences that have shaped who our C-suite women are today.

Ali, Hannah, Alex, and Nadja make up four of our five chief positions and bring unrivalled knowledge, expertise, and innovation to Saltgate. This theme for International Women’s Day this year is #BreakTheBias, so there’s no better time to remind ourselves of the need for gender diversity and the benefits it brings to businesses and beyond.
