Today rounds up our six-week summer programme, and our new and alumni interns have become valued members of our team.

Our 2021 interns settled into Saltgate life effortlessly, and the quality of work during their time with us has shown their commitment to the programme.

Our summer programme provides students and school-leavers with a structured framework to develop their industry expertise and professionalism, supported by our teams.

They also impressed us by delivering professional presentations in their groups, detailing their new ideas for different areas of the business.

The programme sets a strong foundation for our interns to launch their career. We want to make sure they feel confident about entering the professional world, and we hope our interns are proud of themselves as they leave today.
