Saltgate welcomes their 2023 summer programme cohort today

The 2023 summer programme has begun, with 11 talented interns joining us across our three offices.

We welcome seven interns to our Jersey office, including two alumni.

Three interns join us in London – two of which who have joined through our partnership with the 10,000 Black Interns scheme.

And through our partnership with a university in Luxembourg, we are supporting one intern with a work-based placement.

As part of our commitment to nurture the talents of young people in our jurisdictions, our summer programme and placements equip our interns to enter the workforce with confidence.

They’re supported by our teams to gain professional and valuable experience of the finance industry, paired with access to valuable learning and development opportunities.

Interns are also provided a pathway to future placement opportunities at Saltgate.

This is the fourth year of hosting the programme. We’re looking forward to working with the 2023 cohort of interns.
